We wanted this organic wine to be even closer to nature. Made without preservatives thanks to a ruthless selection of the finest grapes from our terroir in perfect health. Viognier from the finest grapes of our terroirs at full maturity, a lot of precautions, a little know-how.

Harvested at dawn, it is pressed and vinified in liquid phase at low temperature. No sulphite is added.

Aromas of apricots, a light and tender palate that develops on notes of toast, a long and round finish on white fruits like peach.

It will delicately accompany your finest dishes. We recommend it with a gratin of wild asparagus or on tuna rillettes.
