Chardonnay BIO IGP Cévennes

Sun-drenched berries picked at full maturity at first light, from plots rigorously selected for their quality potential, and a traditional fermentation process allow us to present you this cuvée made with passion.

The colour is light yellow with golden reflections. The nose is very fresh with notes of banana and slightly toasted bread. On the palate, we find the vivacity and minerality typical of Chardonnay, with notes of white flowers. Thanks to the optimal ripeness of the grapes and the perfect meteorological conditions the finish is long and persistent.

It goes well with fish (grilled red mullet fillets), shellfish or white meat (veal blanquette). We also advise you to taste it with a Picodon cheese.
