The grapes come from a selection of vines in integrated agriculture from our Syrah plots chosen for their ability to produce rosé.

The colour is deep, the red fruit aromas are present from the start. The liveliness of the mouth blends harmoniously with red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant.

A rosé for the table rather than as an aperitif, it goes delicately with light southern summer dishes such as pissaladière or tomato pie.
