It is a parallel and a change this year: in fact, we have selected our Syrah grapes to produce this red wine with a deep colour. Instead of the exuberance of the material, we preferred to present you with a cuvée with supple tannins, all in finesse but present, reminiscent of our northern cousins.

The nose is dominated by violet and red fruits.

The mouth is enduring and complex, remaining fresh and long. The tannins are supple and unctuous, complemented by roasted notes.

A summer or winter wine, it is the perfect accompaniment to stuffed vegetables or mature cheeses.
