We wanted this organic wine to be even closer to nature. Produced without preservatives thanks to a ruthless selection of the finest grapes from our terroir in perfect health.

Its colour is an intense garnet.

On the nose, we find aromas of chocolate, candied fruit and spices, accompanied by notes of roasted coffee.

On the palate, the velvety tannins dominate: although present, they are in harmony with the chocolate and mocha notes. The substance is there and gives way to the aromas.

This powerful wine will be at ease with spicy dishes such as leg of lamb, Tripe à la Provençale or cheese with a strong character.
